Uncle Ryan is HOME!
After 2 years of praying that "uncle Ryan will be safe on his mission and that he will have a good time..." he is home and safe and it sounds like he had a good time as well. George was able to fly down to SLC to be there at the airport with Ash and her boys as a surprise for Ryan when he got off the plane. (Leslie, George Sr, Erin and John met Ryan in Peru.) So all 5 kids were together again for a few hours. We are so glad you are back Ryan! Thanks for setting a great example for our children in choosing to serve the Lord for 2 years. We love you and come visit us!

My grandma, Great- Grandma Marion, held her annual back to school breakfast for all the local great grand kids. She's been doing this for as long as I can remember. Name tags, german pancakes, freshly poured from the carton OJ, muffins and all the school supplies you can imagine.

I love that my grandma does this each year for the kids that happen to be here and grateful that we have been here for the last 2 years to be a part of it. What a great way for them to spend time with her and she loves to cook for them. Thanks Grandma.

Lilli had her first soccer game. She plays a lot like Dexter: kind of following behind all the action, looking for dandelions or clovers, just happy to be there with a big smile on her face. MVP!
