Update 1.2
Okay - just for fun. Here's our latest and probably 5th version of our house plans.
We cut out over 1500 sq ft after sticker shock... Our favorite feature that we have designed the house around is the up and over staircase. Maybe not the most practical - but we LOVE it.
The lot we are building on is right next door to my favoritest sister in the whole world, on a hill overlooking Liberty Lake. Hence the large picture windows in the back.

Wow, how fun! The house looks really cool, and what a beautiful location. Is that a golf course right in front of it or behind it? Living next to your sister is a pretty unique opportunity. Our house has the up and over stairs, at least I think it's the same as what it looks like on your plans--splits off at the bottom. On ours, one side goes to the kitchen, one to the front entryway. We LOVE it. It actually has been quite practical. The carpet on the stairs going up from the kitchen is significantly more dirty than the stairs in the entryway--but most people never see it! You'll have to post the second story...or did I miss that, since this is 1.2?
And, your photos are looking amazing! Wow! You're legit.
Not sure about the location. Looks like the neighbors need to water their lawn a little more.
Oh, and needs more cowbell.
